In the gym, we all gathered, 6-8, for an activity to define our middle school. We talked about what we wanted our advisory programs to look like in individual classes previously. When we came together in the gym we defined in general thoughts how we wanted to see our middle school. We labled each square poster with responsibilites each section had to the whole MS, the school as an institution, the students, and the faculty. We then got into our advisory groups and brainstormed on paper specifics. Groups reported to the whole and posted their brainstorm sheets as the final question mark. The question marked was to symbolize that we had an answer, but still the question was posed "will we reach our answer this year?
