After viewing the video, do the following:
Option One
Simply discuss the video or have students write their own review and reaction. You could then share their thoughts.
Option Two
Use these questions to generate discussion
- ask what their "cheese" is. Maybe it has something to do with sports, friends, or college? Is everyone's cheese differant?
- what does the "handwriting on the wall" mean to them?
- using the handwriting on the wall, ask how they can draw up a planfor students to find their own cheese
- give students a triangle of yellow paper
- have them decorate their "cheese" to represent what it means to them
- create a bulletin board with the cheese and the handwriting on the wall
If you do not have time for the full 8 minute video you may use this very abbreviated version, or use it as a recap!
